Busy week ... |
We've got a particularly busy week this week.
Kendal seems to get more mail than I, with new appointments coming through almost daily!!
We've got a physio appointment tomorrow morning re. Ks neck, then the baby clinic for a weigh in in the afternoon.
Wednesday, we have the dietician, who is devising a weaning programme for K - and boy does he seem ready for it, he is fascinated by people eating, you can see his little mouth copying the chewing motions... can't wait to get him started on some mashed banana!! Wednesday afternoon Kendal will be getting his second set of immunisations, he should have had them last week, but I cancelled them because of his cold.
Thursday - we all have to go to our 'Family Therapy' session. This is proving very useful, particularly for 'im indoors, who hasn't really had a chance to talk about how worried he was about the little fella - he was trying to hold it all in to prevent me from panicking. I think it's also a chance for him to talk about how he thought I was completely losing the plot!
I'm feeling much better this week, Kendal seems to have returned to his 'normal' greedy self, and has stopped refusing the bottle - I guess it was down to his cold, I know I didn't feel like eating for a couple of days while I was poorly.
He's been helping me with my exercises this morning, lying under me while I do my push ups, lowering down to kiss him on the nose... he loves it. And he sits on my tummy while I do sit ups, with my legs bent, again, raising up to kiss him on the nose - his giggles are great!
I am the lightest I have been in about 10 years, and have dropped from a UK size 26 (!!) to a size 16. I've treated myself to a pair of fabulous jeans and super schexy boots!!
I took this photo this morning, while we were playing in the living room.
Ooh, both reception rooms have had a thorough make over in the past month, we've moved the furniture round, painted and carpeted both rooms... trying to make them more cosy for when 'im indoors is in Australia, and the little fella and I will be at home by ourselves, it looks almost 'grown up'!
